Located in a natural park also protected ( nothing can’t be build around it) above the creek of calla Carbo close to calla Vadella and calla d’Hort, the villa is ideally situated, far from the noise of the clubs, bars and hotels, at 5 km from San Jose village, 20 km from Ibiza town and 15 km from the airport.
The living space above on one level of 340+65 square meters include one huge living area, a contemporary fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, a toilet for guests and a huge office space and the right wing of the villa which could be converted as a second dining room with a table of 16 guests or as a second bedroom with an extra bathroom.
In the left wing of the villa you have the master bedroom, an en-suite living room with fitness machines, it’s own dressing room, private bathroom with an Italian shower/ hamman and a big bath for two peoples facing the Es Vedra.
From the master bedroom, you can access the infinity pool directly. The pool is 15 ml x 4 ml with a jet stream and fitted spot lights to swim in the evening.
Also, in the back of the left wing, a guest room with its private bathroom and a fantastic view on the garden in the back. So you can have 3 guest rooms + the master bedroom.
The living room in the middle is very bright with its wide sliding windows and given access to the terrace in front of the infinity pool with table and relax chairs and facing Es Vedra .
