The villa Petula is a very special space to relax and enjoy the weather and light of Ibiza.
It is located in a very quiet residential area and close to the beaches of Salinas and Playa Den Bossa, it has nearby restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop bus, gym.
The house has two floors plus the roof terrace, the first floor has the kitchen, located in the tower, a room with two beds, a toilet and the living-dining room with access to a large terrace and the pool.
A nice barbecue in front of the pool and a garden with trees of 1,000 meters.
On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, two of them with access to another beautiful terrace. The other room has an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom in the corridor.
One of the rooms is located in the stone tower. The third floor is the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea and the castle of Ibiza.
