Villa Osha is a very special & exclusive private villa in one of the best parts of the island, local to the best beaches (Cala Bassa 5 minutes)
The house has been completely refurbished in 2014 to a high standard by her British owners.
The 400 sqm house sits inside nearly a hectare of private walled land and has some of the best views in Ibiza and an 15 x 4 meter infinity pool. Large terraces also surround the house and there are approximately 2000 sqm of lawn area for enjoyment.
There is also a ‘magical’ second chill out bedded area, higher in the gardens of 101, with amazing sea sunset views to the islands off Cala Conta.
The house is fully equipped and sits on two floors an it offers a total of 6 bedrooms.
It has 5 bathrooms, 1 WC, one internal fully equipped kitchen and one external with a fridge, sink and BBQ. In addition, there are 3 large internal chill out day beds in the main house, as well as two sofas. Also 52 inch TV and Stereo, DVD, AC, dimmer mood lighting etc.
The external dinning table and seating accommodates 12 people easily, with another external dinning table for 8 in the lower garden.
Internally 10 people can dine at the same table. Parking is ample with two main parking zones at 101. One zone is directly next to the main house, where there is parking for 4 to 5 cars. The second parking zone is 100m away from the house.
