The Villa is superbly equiped for all year round stays with family+friends due to its heating/cooling systems and a heatable pool.
The villa will have two more newly built rooms in the house from the summer season 2022, so that it will have bedrooms for at least 10 people.
Guest who come and expect a heated pool pay an additional price of 400€ weekly for the heating of the saltwater pool up to 28C. It takes about 1-2 days in advance. In order to achieve a pleasant water temperature when our guests arrive, we ask for prior notice.
